CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except for the following:  If, a class session or course has to be cancelled by the art tutor/site owner as a result of tutor illness, or for personal reasons of the art tutor/site owner, then a refund for that class session, or course, will be issued. If a session has to be cancelled due to the closure of premises, or due to very poor weather conditions, or any other reasons beyond the control of the art tutor/site owner, then a refund will not be issued. (However, a refund may be considered if the rented premises do not have to be paid for but need to close due to a lockdown and if a course has not yet started.)

HEALTH AND SAFETY

The art tutor/site owner takes every reasonable effort to ensure the class premises and equipment is deemed as suitable and safe for all users at all times. The client/student is fully responsible for their own actions, and any damages or breakages to the property that incur as a result of the clients/student action shall be the responsibility of the client/student to pay or rectify as agreed with the art tutor/site owner. The art tutor/site owner does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to any personal belongings

 

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment for each 3-week course must be made in full at least two days before the commencement of any one of the courses chosen by the client/student. If courses are at full capacity at the time of booking but clients/students are not aware of it at the time they book and pay for a course, they will be notified and be reimbursed for any payments made.

 

BREAKAGES, LOSSES AND DAMAGES

Clients/students are responsible for any breakages, losses or damages caused to the premises or equipment by the client/student, during session times.  All equipment used is at the risk of the client and the art tutor/site owner shall not be liable to the client for any loss, damage, expense, or for any consequential loss (including loss of profit) arising out of or in connection with; any damage to or loss of property by the client or third party; any breakdown, stoppage or failure of the facilities/equipment provided by art tutor/site owner.
